To whom it may concern,
Kendall worked in our public high school sales organization from 1997-2016. From 1993-1997
he was a sales manager in the phoning center at Harris Connect in Nashville, TN where he
managed a team of 25 that achieved some of the highest sales records in the company.
Naturally, I wanted him on the outside sales team where he ended up having more top years
than any other account executive.
He is tenacious, but in a very professional manner, and very organized. Being based in
Tennessee and eventually covering 41 states from New Jersey to Alaska his work day never
seemed to end. He would answer the phone anytime!
A strength Kendall has is his memory of details, and being able to draw on other client
situations to support his prospecting efforts. He would leverage every sale to the next one.
Additionally, I would use him to help train new sales staff in his successful ways, develop
marketing programs, and, still he over achieved his quota.
My success truly was in a big way thanks to Kendall! I have been in the sales management
business for 30 years, half at IBM world headquarters in New York and half at Harris, and he is
the best I have ever worked with!
