G-ESP®stands for Micro-electrostatic Precipitation. It is highly efficient at removing airborne particles like
PM2.5, fungus, dust, pollen, soot, smoke and powerfully deactivates viruses and bacteria with permanent
washable filter. G-ESP technology is an innovative upgrade from ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator) technology.
Compared to ESP, G-ESP not only has 10 times the clogging capacity, but also solves the problem of ozone
generation, arc and spark.
THE WORKING PRINCIPLE
The dust collector element adopts a special process, made of non-metallic materials (polymer) and
graphene, and is equipped with a driving circuit. It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional metal static
electricity to generate ozone and spark arc discharge.
The dust collecting area is a flat plate structure, the voltage of 2700~5000 volts uses the dielectric material
as the carrier to generate a strong electric field, which exerts a huge attraction on the moving charged
particles in the air, adsorbs nearly 100% of the moving particles in the air, and can absorb the smallest
0.01um Particulate matter, the diameter of SARS coronavirus particles is about 0.08~0.12 um, and the
flat-plate micro-electrostatic technology can effectively block the spread of aerosols.

THE SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM OF G-ESP
G-ESP uses a charge grid to generate a corona
discharge and release high energy electrons with a
voltage of -10.2KV. These electrons form an
avalanche effect and generate more and more
electrons. Finally they collide with air molecules to
produce lots of negative ions.
Once away from the corona zone, the negative ions
are attracted to the surrounding air, negatively
charging the air molecules, which then move
towards the G-ESP positive plate under the action
of a strong electric field.
The fine particles will block the negatively
charged air molecules from flying and stick
them together. The fine particles continue to
absorb negatively charged molecules until they
are saturated. The fine particles thus carry
enough negative charges.
Once the fine particles carry enough negative
charges, they move to the positive plate under the
action of the dense G-ESP matrix electric field–and
are firmly attracted by it.

HOW G-ESP KILL VIRUSES AND BACTERIA?
Phase 1. High voltage electrostatic field kills
harmful microorganisms
Due to the micro-electrostatic filter’s
high-voltage electrostatic effect of up to 10,000
volts, the cell wall of bacteria and protein shell
of viruses which pass through will be instantly
destroyed by strong coulomb force, thereby
inactivated, instantly killed.
Phase 2. Any virus absorbed on the electrostatic
filter will be continuously inactivated
G-ESP can high-effiently capture almost all
airborne matters even small as 0.01μm in
dimension, including biological aerosols with all
kinds of viruses and bacteria. In the dust
collection module, viruses and bacteria continue
to be impacted by high-voltage electric fields,
they gradually become carbonized and then

Energy Saving
Low air pressure drop makes our products working with low power supply. Compared with the use of HEPA
filters, the energy consumption of fans using G-ESP purifiers is 50% to 60%.
THE MILESTONE OF G-ESP
1824: Hohlfeld, a mathematics teacher in Büzig, Germany, first proposed that electricity can precipitate
smoke particles.
1906: CF.G.Cottrell succeeded in experiments at the University of California, Berkeley, USA, and developed
a Cottrell-type industrial electric dust collector.
1907: the first industrial electrostatic precipitator was built near San Francisco, USA, successfully processing
industrial dusty gas.
1955: and forward: Electric dust removal technology has been widely used in industrial smoke and dust
treatment and air purification.
1980: Masuda and others in Europe carried out the application of high-voltage narrow pulse power supply
in the field of electrostatic dust removal.
1990: Bai Xiyao and others in China conducted research on the same-polarity soot-charged condensation
technology of the DC electric field.
1996: Hever-9 Group successfully applied electrostatic technology to a large tunnel ventilation system for
the first time.
1998: Pasic and others at Ohio University in USA first proposed the concept of "Membrane Electrostatic
Precipitator. The film woven with advanced carbon fiber materials is used as the dust collecting electrode
of ESP, and the dust collecting efficiency is remarkable.
2005: Woodruff and others in the United States first proposed the electrostatic dust collection air
purification technology using an intense field dielectric.
