1. RunPTO Finance Manager
In Setup the Fiscal Year should be the Current School Year

2. Start by setting up your Chart of Accounts
Add Bank and Opening Balances

3. Add Income Groups and Categories. Assign (Optional) Committees and
990EZ categories

4. Add Expense Groups and Categories. Assign (Optional) Committees and
990EZ categories

5. Add Liability Groups if needed for money you do not want to show as
Income
Once the Chart of Accounts are done, you can do you Yearly Budget

8. Display/Print your entire Budget or Summarized Budget or Filter it or
Print Charts for presentation

9. Enter your Deposits or Income Transactions
Enter Withdrawals or Expense Transactions

10. Do Transfer Transactions between accounts as needed
Do Monthly Bank Reconcilation

11. Display/Print your Bank Register
Display/Print your Transaction Report By Group

13. Display/Print your Transaction Report By Committee

14. Display/Print your Income Statement

17. Display/Print your 990EZ Tax Form/Report
