- 25. Many years ago, a young man called
- 26. Brad Isaac found himself in the same club which
- 27. The ultra successful comedian Jerry Seinfeld was at
- 28. Being humble & teachable, Brad asked Jerry for…
- 29. Any words of wisdom for him to get success
- 30. Jerry shared that he uses a large visual calendar
- 31. And for each day after he completes his writing,
- 32. He gets to draw a nice red letter “X” over that day
- 33. As you can imagine…
- 34. After a couple of days of doing so,
- 35. You’ll have a nice row or string of red crosses or “X”s
- 37. When you start doing the above, you’ll want to
- 38. Keep it up and build consistency
- 39. Drawing that little cross each time is like a reward for yourself

- 42. Anyway, coming back to Jerry…
- 43. This is his secret behind his spectacular consistency
- 44. The entire idea is to NOT break the chain

- 50. Areas in which we need to pay extra attention to

- 55. Being consistent with my own water intake
- 56. I have tended to be more consistent on weekdays
- 57. But not over the weekends
- 58. So creating a variant of the unbroken chain for myself
- 59. I targeted to finish at least 2 full bottles of water each day
- 60. Each around 900 millilitres or 30.5 ounces
