Asset Management | Staff Coordination
 Initiate the creation and submission of 4949s for changes to assets into the local property database
 Hold accountability in overseeing cradle-to-grave life cycle of data administration involving government
 Display keen attention to detail in monitoring the accuracy of information provided to government
costumer which include all necessary paperwork and transaction documents
 Build and maintain professional rapport with 13 vendors in order to collect serial numbers and PO information
 Maintain coordination with outside and internal customers, functional peer, group managers, and senior
management which involve matters between functional areas, company divisions or units, and customers
 Strategically provide guidance to other personnel for the completion of complex assignments
Inventory Control | Data Management
 Offer assistance in handling onsite and offsite inventories and in comparing data against the current
property records to determine potential discrepancies, losses, and new finds
 Administer physical inventories of ISR program property to ensure proper allocation and tagging of
equipment
 Conduct research of procurement data for program equipment, covering costs, acquisition dates, purchase
