We will increase the participation rate in school events/sports and Bally’s/Caesars employee events/activities by posting
more informative information about these upcoming events on the Bally’s/Caesars Employee App, the Bally’s/Caesars
Facebook Page, the EHTHS Facebook Page and by using the EHTHS District Twitter Hashtag. Each post will stat the type of
fun giveaways that will be given out during the event. Giveaways will encourage and entice students and employees to
attend, which will ultimately increase the participation rate.
Suggested Measurement – We will track the number of ‘Likes’, posts, and comments on Facebook, Retweets/Tweets on
Twitter, and uploads on the Bally’s/Caesars Employee App, during the week the first informative post is placed on these
accounts. We will also track the attendance number at each event.
We will increase the EHTHS Student Pride and Bally’s/Caesars Employee Pride by creating friendly competitions that
involve students vs students, employees vs employees, classes vs classes, and/or departments vs departments etc.
These competitions will be posted on the Bally’s/Caesars Facebook Page and the EHTHS Facebook Page. Each
competition will involve students and employees taking photos, selfies, etc. that complete the requirements of the
competition/show off their student pride and employee pride. In order to be entered into the competition, all
pictures must be posted onto these accounts. Bonus points will be given to the posts that have the most creative
hashtags that express their student pride and employee pride.
Suggested Measurement – We will track the number of posts and ‘Likes’ on Facebook, during the length of the
competition.
We will improve the satisfaction of the EHTHS Student and Bally’s/Caesars Employees by creating a
‘suggestions’ posting area on the Bally’s/Caesars Facebook Page and the EHTHS Facebook Page. This
will allow students and employees to express their comments and concerns about the school and work
environment.
Suggested Measurement – We will track the number of suggestion posts on a weekly basis and try to
make as many improvements as we can as well as reply to the posts.
