1. Sending Artwork
ACCEPTABLE FORMATS: All artwork should be sent in a PC vector art format (.eps,
.ai) or .pdf (if editing capabilities have been preserved).
SIZE: All art should be sent at 100%.
TEXT: All text should be converted to curves.
STROKES: All strokes must be outlined.
WHITE AS A GROUND: If the bottom layer of the design is white please add a 0.5 pt
black stoke to denote the edge of the design (this does not have to be outlined).
*Any art sent to Lion Brothers that does not meet the above requirements will
be subject to an artwork fee.

9. Laser Guidelines
Minimum Laser Cut Fabric
Width:
The minimum width size for a
laser cut element is 1 mm.
Minimum Opening Within
a Laser Cut Piece:
The minimum opening con-
tained within a laser cut ele-
ment is 2 mm squared.
Minimum Width of a Laser
Cut Edge Opening:
The minimum opening cut
size of the outside edge is 1.5
mm wide.
Points and Sharp Corners:
We request that all points
and sharp corners be round-
ed off at a 1 mm edge width.
10. Registrations and Trademarks
Stitched “R’s” and “TM’s”:
Stitched “R” and “TM” vector art
as veiwed on template.
The stitched “R” and “TM” in-
cludes a 1 mm edge suround-
ing the stitching for optimal laser
cuting. Simply place the mark up
against your design where it is
needed.
Please use the standard size “R’s” and “TM’s” provided on the design
template. We’ve designed these marks to be the ideal size for visibil-
ity without detracting from your design.

10. Registrations and Trademarks con’t.
The laser cut “R” and “TM” have been specially engineered for opti-
mal laser cutting and garment adhesion. Simply attach the mark to
the design, or place the mark close to the design where it is needed.
