It was designed by an international, pro-environment team of architects, and is built with a lightweight steel frame and glass panels. On the third floor, KEC offers a wide range of conference room sizes, from 20 to 2000 people, can accommodate up to 4000 people in total at the same time. Hi everyone, I’m Amber, and it’s glad to have this opportunity to introduce KEC for you.
KEC is located in the center of Asia New Bay Area, which is the fundamental city development and transformation project in Kaohsiung. Asia New Bay Area is comprised of 4 main building projects and a light rail way system.
KEC is accessible to a wide range of hotels, accommodations, department stores, shopping malls and restaurants which completes activities around a MICE event.
KEC has easy access by Kaohsiung International Airport (only 15 mins away), Taiwan High Speed Rail, Metro Rail Transit (San-Duo Shopping District) and Eco-friendly Light Rail System (our own stop – KEC stop is only 3 mins walking distance)
Cruises or yachts can also be the alternatives, especially for incentive travel.
(一樓展場空間分布) There are two main halls separated by a central boulevard and an outdoor exhibition area.
Both the South and North Halls are each divisible into two sections which adds flexibility for all sizes of events.
2 exhibition halls, separated by a Central Boulevard of shops and restaurants. Outdoor spaces can also be combined with indoors.
(南北館特點介紹：挑高、載重、溝槽、進撤場橫移門) Both halls are equipped with massive freight doors, make move-in and out more easily; floor loads ups to 5 ton/ m2 and ceiling rigging points allows for all types of exhibitions. Furthermore, hidden trench with cables, power and water supply can lower installation coast and make the space clean and safe.
Here is the basic information of both halls. North hall is subject to a grid with only 18 pillars, easy to be planned for different displays.
South Hall provides its column-free space for organizers to create all kinds of possibilities.
On the 3rd floor, we have a total number of 15 rooms from different sizes, which can accommodate from 20 to 2,000 people.
The maximum capacity is up to 4,000 attendees at one time.
All rooms are Column-free with high ceilings, and equipped with sound system, lighting, interpreter booths, and sound proofing walls.
The largest conference room is 301 Grand hall, which can hold up to 2,000 people and can be divided into 2 with 1,000 participants each.

Medium size rooms like 304 (the photo on the left) can accommodate 800 people and or be divided into 2 rooms with 400 people each, which is ideal for holding keynote speeches, seminars, product launches and corporate meetings.
On the west of KEC, the banquet room with ocean view can accommodate 800 people as well, or around 50 round tables. It’s perfect for holding ceremony, press conference, VIP party, or banquet.
Surrounded Corridor provide the best platform that attendees and exhibitors can have a close interaction.
You may also make these area as social networking hub.

Moreover, the open area enables the maximum creativity. You might arrange cocktail parties or fairs with wonderful ocean view and sunset.
