Organization Profile
The plant has production capacity 5.17 Lakhs ton per annum. Fully
integrated steel and automated mill with 20 stands of horizontal and vertical by
MWE-German Design. Raw Material is Billet (size of billet-160x160x12000 mm,
130x130x12000 mm), Billet feeding direct from CCM & RHF. Finished Product
is TMT BARS. The Following Sections have Rolled in mill: 8mmx3slitting,
10mmx3slitting,12mm,16mm,20mm,25mm,32mm,36mm,40mm, In Reheating
Furnace we are using coal base gasifier.
RESPONSIBILITIES HELD (PRODUCTION) :
 PROVIDING necessary equipments for the respective sizes and sections of
TMT bars.
 SUPERVISING the finishing operation of TMT BARS and
QUALITY CHECKING.
 Avoiding/minimising delays by giving feedback to preventive
maintenance team.
 PREPARING DAILY UPDATED PRODUCTIONREPORT.
 INTIMATING the spare requirements and availability to store dept.
 HOUSEKEEPING activities and 5S OPERATIONS.
 ORGANIZING and CO-OPERATING with other departments in
friendly nature for getting more GOODQUALITY
PRODUCTION.E

 Responsible for smooth functioning of Assembly, Servicing & Maintenance
of Stands, Guides and its accessories.
 Preparation of guide box checklist, Section changes Format, Guide Box
setup sheet for all section, and Roll assembly procedure Check List.
 As per the Mill Requirement by timely supply of assembled stands and
guide boxes for necessary profiles/ sections and its spares.
 Remarkable ability to supervise roll shop processes and control
consumables
 Analyzing the Roll shop related mill problems in Production line.
 Preparation of Roll Pass card and Roll History Card, ChockHistory Card,
 Modifications of Guide boxes and Roller profiles to prevent failures
 Standardization of stocksizes for different sections and accordingly
standardization of Entry guides and delivery strippers
 Spares management for stands and Guide boxes.
 Resources Utilization & Optimization
 Knowledge of CNC programming of Roll Notching & branding.
 Man Power Handling.
