 Advise and organize the higher education program (PHD & EDBA) with help professional students learn through 
explanation, demonstration and supervised practice. 
 Provide administrative support and assist the instructors in obtaining seminars materials, coordinating with both 
companies and lecturers about timing, stuffing, subject courses … 
 Administrate the student life cycle from registration or admission to graduation or leaving and stimulate their 
responsibility, problem solving skills, guidance and motivation through a positive discipline plan. 
 Handle the daily operations on the Information System: student history, courses description, planning …; Suggest new 
ideas to develop the Information System. 
 Assist the recruitment, public or alumni relation. 
 Coordinate and organize exams and assessment processes: exams calendar, classroom distribution, exams corrections 
and results input and follow-up. 
 Liaise with partners institutions Bekka, Tripoli, Saida and Beirut, and all other administrative stuff, academic 
colleagues and students. 
 Oversee and coordinate incoming / outgoing correspondence upholding internal mail protocols and meeting deadlines. 
 Answer or coordinate responses to inquiries and requests from current, alumni and prospective students.
