My family was very blessed to have Julie Droney as a full time nanny from August
2013 until June 2014. Julie cares for my three children ages 8, 5, and 1. I highly
recommend her for any future nanny or child care worker position.
Julie is a gentle, calm and nurturing person. She has an easy going personality and
strives to do her best. She handles stress well, and is very dependable. She is truly
passionate about working with children. I am a teacher and since my middle child will
be going to kindergarten next school year, we will no longer need her services.
Julie has a lot of patience and is willing to do whatever is needed. I really appreciate
that she was able to be flexible with her hours and would help me out at short notice, if
I needed her to come earlier or stay late. She adapted to change well. For instance, she
happily adapted to a diet change and felt comfortable using cloth diapers for our baby.
She also enriched our 5 year old in his learning, by working on his speech concerns
and helping prepare him for kindergarten using age appropriate lessons.
It was our pleasure to have Julie in our home. You will not be disappointed if you
choose to hire Julie for your child care needs.
