I teach time-crunched individuals how to create a Self-Care For Wellness
practice to build strength, balance and mobility in their bodies so they can
feel better and move well.
As a movement educator, self-care advocate, and yoga coach, I employ a
combination of self-massage, assisted stretches, restorative exercises,
alignment awareness and novelty relaxation strategies. These tools enable
you to eradicate pain, improve posture, and enhance performance so
you can experience less stress and smile more.
You will leave every session feeling like you just had a nap, got a massage,
did a challenging workout, got aligned from head to toe. You will be ready
to take care of business because you took time to take care of YOU!
