Executives in charge of Marketing Management can form and for this
they have to find their vocation and identify that this is his purpose in
life. To structure and build the self from marketing should fascinate so
it is and always work to succeed and have the attitude that being
interacts with the environment through the development of marketing
activities that can transcend and deliver everything for the success
comes.
In order to become a successful leader in a marketing department it is
critical to avoid taking decisions to implement strategies which are
developed under strict methodologies that are opposed to the obvious
assuming that they are not obvious, unclear and complicated. In this
vein responsible for the marketing department has to escape
multivariate impregnatedby a clear orientation to sell at all costs. Many
companies can fail because of the way of thinking of its leaders,
because businessmen do the obvious because they do not want to
think a little more than necessary to take easy paths representing a
blindness which prevents discovering things as obvious as likened to It
is really what consumers need (market orientation).
The other side of the coin shows that it is possible to cure the
blindness of entrepreneurs through analysis of the company and its
operational focus on avoiding methods to meet sales budgets out of
the comfort zone from simple perspectives and simple methodologies

world where the custom is to live the realities of others is easy to see
that brilliant managers can become underrated as apparently are
common people who know that all that exists from the obvious needs

seems insignificant but results are fruitful. That's why marketing
manager must go straight to the point without wasting time by
applying the distinction of essential points simple changes clarifying
ideas to determine what you want to do. So, you must develop the
ability to solve problems with ease, as if they were missions dealt with
common sense know their origin through the process of observation
and objective assessment comprising the difficulty analyzing what
separates the person responsible for marketing of more than just look
and then realize that the solutions are simple.
It becomes clear in the process of findingthe obvious that the business
environment is dynamic and uncertain so it is necessary to avoid,
anticipate, adapt and enjoy the changing simplifying the complexities
of the world, avoiding start at the point you stopped other, starting
from nothing every day to make decisions accurately.
The solution from the obvious must be understood and approved
collectively, then it is necessary to translate it into a simple plan to
detonate in the minds of the people and lead them to think that they
did not occur before.
In conclusion the path to be followed to achieve success in the
marketing management is to surprise through the execution of the
obvious by analyzing the system in which it is located so that it allows
achieving what Conveniently he wants through the reflection of the
simple and obvious as something common and should be detected at
the right time, so do not exaggerate in your search and if turns out to
be complicated it would not be obvious.
