This document outlines a 3 stage process for reflective accounts by advanced practitioners (APs): Stage 1 involves 25 APs recording reflections with facilitators against a reflection framework to discuss how research has informed their development. Stage 2 consists of 25 APs participating in virtual writing workshops to produce written/multimodal reflections accessible to others. Stage 3 has the APs presenting their reflections in formal and informal research spaces like conferences and journals.
