Smaller regions of the oceans are called seas, gulfs, bays, straits and other names.
The difference between lake and bay is that bay is a body of water which is almost completely surrounded by land, except bay has a water passage connecting to the sea. And lake is still a body of water which is surrounded by land but there’s no water passage to the sea. Also lake is fresh water and bay is salt water.
The river also called Puerto Princesa Underground River.
