Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association - Dewey Beach, Delaware 05/2009-08/2010
 Taught sailing for two years on Sunfish, Hobie catamarans, and various big boats
 Planned, organized, and taught classes for kids ages 8-16 along with adult classes
 Performed maintenance on sailboats used for the class and motorboats

Maury High School Sailing Team – Norfolk, Virginia 09/2012-05/2013
 Coached up to 14 varsity and JV sailors in racing for VISA (Virginia Interscholastic Sailing Assn.)
regattas finishing 8th out of 17 teams in the fall of 2012
 Responsible for running daily practices and maintaining a fleet of 18 boats
 Executed multiple regattas including protests and race committee
 Worked with the team to organize sponsored regattas and raise funds for Leukemia Cup Regatta
Head Sailing Instructor
Norfolk Naval Sailing Center & Marina – Norfolk, Virginia 06/2012-09/2013
 Taught all skill levels, from beginner to racing, on optimists, 420s, lasers, and Colgate 26s
 Planned, organized, and ran lessons for both full and half-day classes for all ages
 Lead lessons on and off the water
 Performed general maintenance on a variety of sailboats and motorboats
 Responsible for the upkeep of a fleet of 12 420s, 6 lasers, 12 optimists, and 2 Hobie waves,
including fiberglass and gel coat work

 Taught sailing to school kids ages 8-12 on optimists, topazes, and wetas
 Traveled throughout the country with everything needed for the program in a large trailer

motorboat, all sailboats, and any gear
 Participated in SailAbility training, to ensure sailing is inclusive of all abilities and handicaps

Waterfront Manager
Downtown Sailing Center - Baltimore, Maryland 5/2014-10/2014, 1/2015-3/2015
 Maintained a working office environment including answering phones, organizing supplies,
cleaning the working space, maintaining the filing system, and organizing office areas.
 Ran private and group lessons for all ages on J22s and Sonars, mostly with adults
 Volunteer coordinator, manager, and director for an intercity outreach program
 Assist the Access-Ability program to make sure people of all abilities are able to experience sailing

where over 100 people came to sail over 2 days.
