1. How did I use
Presentation softwares?
Bethany Jones
2. QuickTime Player
QuickTime player was a useful piece of software, as it
enabled me to film small elements of clips without
having to go through the process of editing.
QuickTime player gave me 3 options when filming my
evaluation clips.
Firstly, after clicking on the QuickTime player app, this
bar would appear at the top of the screen.
I would then go to ‘File’ and scroll down to the type of
filming I wanted to use.
3. PowerPoint
I tried to steer away from using PowerPoint as it is at
times difficult to present an interesting and visual aspect
to my evaluation.
However, at times it was needed, due to collecting
certain pieces of hardware/software together, for
example, the equiment I used to shoot my album cover
photos.
PowerPoint was effective as it gave me the essentials
needed to collect pieces of information together when
talking about certain aspects of my project.
4. Prezi
I accessed Prezi through the use of Google.
I added the suite to my favorites in order to make
my access even faster, in order to avoid wasting
valuable project time logging onto the website.
Prezi was a useful piece of software as it gave no
limits when making my evaluation as visually
exciting as possible, for example, the layout allows
the project to pop at the reader, likewise it gave me
the option to add voice over/music.
