The Oak Wood curriculum is designed to be child-centered and build on existing skills to help pupils develop knowledge and skills for their next stage of education. Personalized planning and learning opportunities allow pupils to reach their full potential regardless of background. Priority is placed on developing personal, learning and thinking skills to form relationships and contribute to the community. A fluid approach between pathways offers different levels of challenge and ensures pupils receive appropriate support.
4. The curriculum has been designed to offer inclusive pathways for all pupils that are child

interests are valued and incorporated into learning opportunities which ensures that

enable them to successfully make a positive contribution to their community.
