Dixon Middle School - Amelia Earhart Elementary, Provo School District
Developed and implemented a teacher self-reflection project to improve
instruction in classrooms and build a reflective culture at the school. Provided
teachers with the resources to record, observe and analyze their own instruction.
Teachers created personal growth plans based on their own observations.
