The document describes the responsibilities of a Flight Executive at an airline catering company. The Flight Executive maintains relationships with airline officials and crews, coordinates catering orders and deliveries, ensures meals and equipment are properly loaded onto aircraft, produces inventory and delivery reports, trains staff and trainees, and ensures food quality meets airline specifications. They are responsible for all aspects of flight catering operations.
1. JobProfile: at M/s. The Ambassador’s Sky Chef as a Flight Executive:-
Maintaining Healthy relation with the Airlines Officials and Crew.
Taking load figure from the Airlines, issue of R.C.O. & give the
same to production deptment.
Packing of Equipments according to packing list.
Pickup of Meals from Production & Distribution according to galley
loading plan.
Loading of all catering item in the loading truck.
Loading of all catering item & equipment according to galley loading
plan & handing over to the crew.
Making daily/Monthly inventories report, hand over sheets and
delivery challans.
Capable to work in Shifts.
Responsible to trained the AHA & other institutional Trainee
regarding Flight Operation / Dispatch.
Presently 5 persons and 02 job trainee are working. Taking
guideline from me for allocation of working criteria
Responsible for flight catering regarding meal uplift , for man power
on time delivery and for maintaining the standard of food quality as
per specification given by the Airlines.
Well versed with the galley plan of IL – 96 , IL – 86, B – 757, 767,
AB – 310, 319, 320, 321.,330,340
Responsible for equipment control and Inventory.
Responsible for daily withdrawal for store as well as from Bond as
per Flight requirement against requisition.
Responsible for Flight Catering regarding meals uplift and delivery
man power on time and maintaining the standard of food quality as
per specification given by the Airlines.
Report to operation manager.
To co-ordinate with Airlines regarding the catering.
To train the staff and the industrial trainees and the brief about the
operation.
To get the load of the catering and supervise the preparation
according the order.
To promote the local sales and achieve the company objective.
