beenactivelyinvolvedwithleadership/managementinstructionand
curriculumdesign.Johnhasbeena primarylaborrelationsinstructorfor
fifteenyears,contributingsignificantlyto the designanddevelopmentof the
laborrelationscurriculum.
John’sexperience alsoincludesdirectresponsibilityfor performance
management,professional development,recruiting/hiringactions,customer
relations,andorganizational qualityinitiatives.
Johnwas a Major in the UnitedStatesArmyand completedseveral overseas
assignmentswhichincludedcommandof alarge trainingsupport
organizationinGrafenwoehr,Germany.
Currently,Johnservesasthe TeamLeadfor QualityandInstructionin
supportof the FAA’sLeadershipandLearningInstitute inTampa,Florida.He
isresponsible forthe day-to-dayoperationof the trainingsite andthe
successful deliveryof all contractedmanagementtrainingrequirements.
Johnhas a B.S. inHistory(PublicEducationTract) fromNorth DakotaState
Universityanda Master’sinPublicAdministrationfromthe Universityof
Oklahoma.He isalsoa graduate of the Financial ManagementCertificate
Program fromCornell Universityandthe Federal ContractingCertificate
Program fromVillanovaUniversity. Johniscertified toadministeranddebrief
the Myers-BriggsType Indicator® instrument.
