o Introduced bar-code technology that controlled all movement of packages traveling on conveyor belts from
station to station, along with in motion scales to establish shipping charges and manifests for UPS tracking.
o Developed and implemented RFID (RF active and inactive tags) system to track inventory thru the
manufacturing cycle, warehouse movement and inventory location. The system was capable of tracking the
item until its exit from the warehouse and onto a truck, while keeping inventory in synch with legacy system.

points, and material costs as well as machine capacity planning and level loading.
