promote the rigth of every filipino
citizen to quality education that will
enable each learner to realize their
full potential and meaningfully take
part in nation-building

The 1989 convention on the rigths
of the child upholds the rigths of
children and changed the way
children are viewed and treated –
from passive objects of care and
charity to human being with a
distiinct set of rigths
The 1994 Salamanca statement
provides that all children
should learn together,whrever
possible,regadless of any
difficulties or difference tey
may have.
The 2007united nations declaration
on the rigths of indigenous peoples
(IPS)have the rigth to establish and
control their educational system and
Institutions and that indignenous
individuals ,particulary children have
the rigth to all levels and forms of
education without discrimination.
The education 2030 framework
for Action aims at mobilizing all
countries and patners around
the sustainable development
goal (SDG)on inclusive and
equitable quality education and
lifelong learning oppurtunities
for all
