The survey of 116 respondents found that 62% worked in a hybrid workplace with some remote work. When those who had been hybrid but returned to fully in-person were asked about challenges, maintaining positive workplace culture (33%) and coordinating teamwork (33%) were the top issues. For those continuing with hybrid arrangements, the biggest challenges included onboarding new employees (35%) and maintaining interpersonal connections (26%). The most beneficial aspects of hybrid work were improved work-life balance (45%) and better employee morale (53%).
