Design and implementation of a custom application framework used to manage a localized Data Mining system. Development of website for over 5,000 law enforcement officers in the Memphis area to access data warehoused in Foxpro, Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Tandem Mainframe Non-Stop SQL and Honeywell mainframe ISAM databases. Implementation and support of a reporting application that generated reports on wanted parties and their whereabouts which was gleaned from several data sources. System analysis, documentation, and planning for migration of file server based databases to a multi-tier client-server environment. Project management responsibilities for implementing a state-of-the-art Data Warehouse for a PC-based enterprise network. Wrote specifications and directed installation of initial 125 computers using ghost software. Installed and configured multiple Windows NT and Windows 2000 Servers for web applications, Exchange server and SQL Servers. Working on a grant from the Governor’s Highway Safety Committee, along with Dr William Dwyer of the University of Memphis, developed a prototype of the scannable traffic reports.
