Criminal Investigations- I work in a 24/7 immediate response on-call basis to respond to Narcotic investigation
needs of the Police Department. My work schedule changes with a moment’s notice. I am highly experienced with
preparing affidavits for search and arrest warrants. I received top level training in the field of narcotic evidence
collection during a search warrant, documenting the evidence with proper chain of custody and training in
videography and photography. I have written and executed several search warrants for mobile devices containing
digital evidence (using a Cellebright UFED for collection) and used that evidence to successfully prosecute
Organized crime cases. I create and maintain Chain of Custody, document the handling of evidence, and secure that
evidence.
Interpersonal skills and Problem Solving- I interact with citizen complaints and at times work with corporations
within the city to solve drug related issues (for example, investigating drug use among warehouse personnel).
Training- I have over 100 hours of training that covers investigative topics such as narcotic investigations, court
testimony, informant management, and undercover operations. I have also received specialized training in
investigative techniques from the Texas Dept. of Public safety, the DEA, and the Midwest Counter Drug Training
center. I have FBI and IRS training in financial crimes. Also, I have been trained in e-discovery investigative

containing receivers for both audio and video signals. I build and install all of the covert video devices in undercover
vehicles including Internet Protocol pan/tilt/zoom cameras that can be viewed over the internet and through a radio
signal. I set up the 4G air card with a static IP and configure the router (made by Cradlepoint). I also manage, set up,
trouble shoot, and repair the wireless network of Agilemesh nodes used for undercover surveillance of multiple
camera feeds (each camera connected to its own node in a mesh network). I train the other investigators in computer
skills for surveillance equipment and Access database reporting.
Data collection/analysis- I am responsible for collecting/reporting all of the crime statistics from my investigation
section, processing that data into meaningful reports for senior level Chiefs, and preparing Computer Statistic reports

Criminal Investigations- Performed in the capacity of both a Property crime, Financial Fraud/Credit Card abuse crime as added duties to my patrol responsibilities. Trained and experienced with evidence collection, accountability, and documentation both physically and digitally. US Army May 2002 – Nov 2006, Fayetteville, NC TS/SCI Intelligence Analyst – Trained in sensitive data analysis and reporting both formally and informally. TS/SCI clearance SCI Facility Management– Trained and familiar with policies and procedures involved in maintaining a secure and secret facility. I oversaw a three month project for the proper destruction of Top Secret equipment and documentation (both digital and physical) according to strict Dept. of Justice regulations. Included in my duties were visitor security check/procedures, accreditation of security clearance, and material destruction procedures. I managed up to 6 subordinates, scheduled their activity, and trained them in security procedures. Oversaw the facility’s budget and coordinated contractors to complete projects including vehicle maintenance, document/hardware destruction, and facility maintenance. Wild Birds Unlimited July 2004 – October 2005, Charlottesville, VA Assistant Manager – Day to day operations of a back yard bird enthusiast store. Included in my duties were retail sales, cash handling, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, inventory control, marketing, and general small business responsibilities. Involved in the initial set up of the franchise through consulting with the owner on initial construction. EOA systems/ Knight Ind. April 2000 – May 2002, Carrolton, TX Sept 1999– April 2000, Richardson, TX Material control and Warehouse operations – Development and installation of robotic parts inventory (motors, electronics, hardware) and material control procedures. Managed a 1 million dollar inventory ranging from a pin head screw to aerospace robotic drills Along with those duties I ran the shipping department and inventory count. Pneumatic technician– I designed and completed construction of custom pneumatic control assemblies. Drees Custom Homes January1998 – Sept 1999, Allen, TX Assistant Builder – Managed three sub-division’s Home Warranty programs. Over saw the long term project of custom home construction in one sub-division. Each home took approximately 90 days to complete and I managed the construction of up to 10 homes at a time in various states of completion. I managed sub-contractor scheduling

I assured completion and achievement of all types of city inspections – electrical- rough and finished, plumbing, frame - rough and final, certificate of occupancy, etc. Additional Skills: In my younger years I worked as an Electrician and studied Electrical engineering. I have an organizing mindset and enjoy the logistics of material control.
