Maintained accountability of all Government Furnished Property (GFP) assigned to KBR
Property Department for over 27,000 lined items valued at over 90 million dollars.
Prepared transfer DA form 3161 to obtain and release Government Furnished Property to and
from client. Updated and maintained the Property Tracking System database on a daily basis.
Completed Cyclic Special, Spot and selected items inventory as needed by conducting
inventories of pertinent information of utilized items and ensuring accurate inventory control
records system. Responsible for submitting all inventory schedules to the Government
Property Administrator.

Responsible for ordering all materials need for CJOA warehouse to support over 40 different
Forward Operation Bases (FOB) and assuring all shipping documents were properly completed.

on a daily basis according to materials and property received and shipped.
Ensured all equipment shipped was de-tagged and authorization properly completed.
Performed joint inventories with the Military client and CJOA Property to ensure quantities and
serial numbers match.
