Jill Shroyer was employed by Westgate Resorts and worked in the Team Member Services Department as
Team Member Services Manager. Our Team Member Services department is referred to as Human Resources
in many other companies.
Jill’s job performance was excellent. Jill was responsible for all facets of the Team Member Services function.
Jill was a stellar performer, especially with team member recruiting, selection, orientation, employee
relations, team member advocacy, team member services, training, benefits, payroll, 401(k) and team
