3. Mission Statement
Germaiko Enterprises' mission is to empower women with the "Can Do" attitude so that
she is able to make a positive choices in her life so that she can make a difference in
the lives of her loved ones, her community, and those around her.
Germaiko Enterprises does this by parenting it's subsidiaries

4. About Us
Germaiko Enterprises Ltd. is a woman-owned multi-industry conglomerate parent company
founded by current CEO/Founder Ms. Germaine Beuviere and former Co-Founder and CBDO
Ms Xi Chen that embeds the Christian beliefs and values of Ms. Beuviere in its practices.
Ms. Beuviere (or Gerri B. as she is known in the social media world) is a blogger and the
author of 5 blogs; host of her social media YouTube and Blog Talk shows; social
entrepreneur and visionary, foodie, and single mom of 5 daughters.
Ms. Chen earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Beijing Normal University
in China. Now she is a second year master student in Public Policy and Management at Heinz
College in Carnegie Mellon University. Xi Chen has been assisting Ms. Beuviere with starting
Germaiko Enterprises since June 2014. She has demonstrated skills in business consulting,
data analytics, and public policy research and analysis. Ms. Chen stepped down from her
position to devote her efforts to her educational pursuits.

5. What We Do
Germaiko Enterprises Ltd. oversees the marketing and promotion of its
100% wholly owned subsidiaries, which are founded by Ms. Germaine
Beuviere. It also handles travel and public relations of the company and
subsidiaries as well.
The company is responsible for creating subsidiaries whose mission is to
assist and improve the quality of life for women, their families,
communities and others around them.

6. Germaiko Enterprises Ltd. is currently headed and ran by CEO/Founder
Ms. Germaine Beuviere after the departure of Ms. Xi Chen. Ms. Beuviere
will be appointing family members to board positions and hiring out for
other departmental positions at a later time.

7. We have been seeking funding through fundraising/crowdfunding sites
and unconventional lenders.
Future funding will come from the subsidiaries to help expand the
company and fund activities of the subsidiaries as well as the future
nonprofit organization.
