 Prepares over 500 meals per week in a busy industrial kitchen ensuring all meals are properly
prepared and labeled with allergen warnings, accurate discard dates and times.
 Utilizes, cleans, sanitizes, and properly maintains all kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers,
grills, griddles, steam jacketed kettles, slicers, and steamers.
 Efficient with knife handling.
 Great communication and interpersonal skills; relates well to people generating trust and rapport.
 Sharp, innovative, and fast learner.
 Able to accurately establish priorities and quickly adapt to the changing needs of the customer
and organization.
 Easy to work with, cooperative and supportive team player dedicated to exceptional service
quality.
 Excellent decision maker, well organized, resourceful, and works well independently.
 Experience with using PC/Mac operating systems.
