growing threats by modernising the Navy’s cruisers
and procuring additional, modern destroyers to
counter the ballistic missile threat from Iran and
North Korea.

road and institutions in Asia, and press China to play by the rules—
including in cyberspace, on currency, human rights, trade, territorial
disputes, and climate change.

community-based treatment.

investment in scientific research, Hillary will provide new federal
funding for research into brain development and human behaviour.
• Defend and expand the Affordable Care Act, which covers 20 million
people.
