Over the last century, IBM has continuously been involved with some of the greatest changes and innovations in tech IBM has also been at the forefront of workplace innovation 1914, 76 years before the Americans with Disabilities Act IBM hired its first disabled worker 1935, first professional training school for women 1953 IBM’s first Equal Opportunity policy letter, 10 years before the American Civil Rights act
- [A] Despite everything we’ve accomplished, it’s become evident that IBM isn’t well known for cloud. At the beginning of the year IBM assembled its diverse cloud expertise under a single umbrella: IBM cloud
