• BP 8 8 2017 announced New Mexico Mancos shale Northeast Blanco Unit NEBU
602 Com 1H well produced 12.9 MMCFGD over last 30 days.
• 10,000 foot lateral San Juan basin well was drilled on 33,000 acres purchased by
BP from Devon in 2015.
• A 2016 USGS report estimated recoverable reserves of 66 TCFG, 74 MMBO and
45 MMB natural gas liquids from the Mancos Shale.
• WPX Energy Inc in 2013 drilled a horizontal well in the Mancos which made 1
BCFG in 100 days, but WPX sold its acreage to Terra Energy Partners in 4 2017
for $910 MM.
