3. Lifebushido is currently seeking Virtual Assistants to be trained for Key Assistant positions. Qualified candidates are outgoing, friendly, energetic and have an interest in client management. Although not required, preference will be given to those with real estate experience. Anything is possible.

4. Key Assistants are the primary contact person for clients of Lifebushido and Best Agent Business. Each week the Key Assistant speaks with their client(s) and helps them to develop a workable agenda that will enable the client to move their business forward. The Key Assistant delegates work tasks to the various teams of Lifebushido and Best Agent Business and makes sure the work stays within the budget. The Key Assistant uses his/her unique talents to help clients focus and stay on track. This allows the client to use their unique talents and do what they do best.

5. Must be able to speak on the phone with a noise-free background Must be energetic, organized and reliable Must have long distance service and be available during business hours Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week Must be computer savvy and have online research skills * Must successfully complete the Key Assistant Training which we provide * Must be a PC User – we are not set up for MAC’s at this time

6. Lifebushido provides training for those who meet the criteria to be a Key Assistant. Once hired, Key Assistant Trainees begin a training process that generally lasts a month. You will be expected to devote 12 hours of your own time (non-billable) to the training process. You will also get work that is billable. Key Assistant Trainees will be assigned various tasks and will work with teams throughout the training in preparation for the Key Assistant position. These tasks also assist in defining a Key Assistant Trainee’s unique talents. Occasionally we find that a Key Assistant Trainee is not a “good fit” for the Key Assistant position and sometimes the Trainee discovers that this type of work is just not for them. At this point the Key Assistant Trainee will be removed from the program. Removal from the Key Assistant Training program will not affect status with the company.
