  2. 2.  Our training and workshops are run in an interactive fashion with participation through presentations, group discussions, video clips and exercises to suit individual learning styles. Notes and handouts are provided..  Our training and workshops are outcome focussed and participants will be followed up to assess how they are implementing their learning.  Training programs are tailored and customised to suit the business or individual needs in terms of the content and length of training.  Our training is easily affordable for SME’s on average under $500 or $50 per participant for a group of 10 participants.  BizPower can arrange suitable venues or use the customer premises for the delivery of the training. The chosen venue will need to satisfy OHS requirements. Payment Terms: 50% on booking the training with ‘no cost’ cancellation if 7 days notice is provided. It is run over a ten-week period with six weekly session taking 2 hours each, followed by four weekly one-on-one meetings with the coach to help bed the principles and to tailor the outcomes to the specific needs of the business and the individual.
