Company Background
Our company was founded last 2005 of June
 We have always strived for the best to sell to our loyal
customers who has stood by us through it all
 Currently we have two companies in our region.
Goals and Strategy
Short Term Goals: To be popular in our region as soon as
possible
 Long Term Goals: Provide the customers with the
greatest and most powerful machinery our hands can get
a hold of.
 Strategy: To be well known everywhere in the Philippines
that who sells items directly from Japan.
Market Analysis
Target Market will be anyone who wants
to find the best Engine in our Region.
Accounting and Legal Division
• There will be daily sales and profit checks to ensure safe
keeping of the money.
• There will be inventory every week to keep track of the
items being sold and what needs to stock.
• Our lawyer will be responsible for all legal matters and the
owner will be responsible for the final statements with
everything about the business.
Summary
As I am far from our family business I support them
through inventory. Our business has always been the
core of everything as they make our customer happy
and they feel so assured that we have been selling
legit and the best items you can ever find aroud the
visayas region of the Philippines.
