2. THE
BRIEF
Develop an idea for a consumer-facing, multi-market
experiential activation to promote the upcoming BET
special “Gucci Mane & Keyshia Ka’oir: The Mane Event”.
Experiential activation must:
● Promote tune in of the show, have high visibility of
the creative
● Be able to be executed in multiple markets
● Be targeted to our viewers/consumers
● Have a social and digital component to the execution
● Stays within a budget of $300K
3. THE
MANIFESTO
Weddings are a time for celebration.
And stress.
Between setting up the seating chart just right and deciding between an
ice statue or a Hennessy fountain.
Planning. Isn’t. Easy.
But one of the most important questions of the entire process will always
remain the same:
“Who’s throwing the bachelor party?”
For Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir? We are.
Let’s invite our audience to celebrate with #TheWopsters as they prepare
for the Mane Event in October 2017 by throwing the bachelor and
bachelorette parties of the year across the country.
4. THE
TARGET AUDIENCE:
THE NOT QUITE YETs
● Multicultural millennials aged 21-35 / skewing
female
● Young professionals working in large urban cities
● Active and engaged across multiple social media
platforms - especially Instagram, Snapchat and
Twitter
● One day aspire to marriage but aren’t quite ready
yet, still love the idea of love and union
● Often engages and live posts about similar reality

Hip-Hop

older age than previous generations, over 70%
say that they still aspire to marry
● Most active across multiple popular social
networking sites
● Over 70% are engaged on multiple platforms
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat
● Considered to be the “pulse of culture”, this age
group can influence the younger and older
millennials by driving social conversation and
word of mouth
THE
TARGET AUDIENCE:
THE NOT QUITE YETs
6. ● BET Networks will throw Gucci and Keyshia-esque bachelor and bachelorette parties in four major US cities:
NYC, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago inviting our Not Quite Yets from these areas.
● Depending on the contract agreement, Gucci and Keyshia will be in attendance. Atlanta appearance is highly
suggested. Classic and new Gucci will be played throughout the experience.
● Upon arriving at the event, guests will wait in line and be exposed to creative from the show including but not
limited to trailers and posters.
● Each guest will receive a gift bag that includes a mock “invitation” to the wedding that shows information about
the upcoming show, a black Gucci Mane inspired bowtie, a white garter with a hot pink lip charm inspired by
Keyshia’s make-up line and other party favors. Everything will be branded.
● Guests will receive a complimentary flute of champagne; Guests that want to abstain from drinking alcohol will
receive a sparkling spritzer instead. Light snacks will also be available.
THE
BIG IDEA
7. ● Once inside the venue, the Not Quite Yets will pick a side - Team Bride or Team Groom - and be lead to separate
parts of the activation. Both teams will receive the same gift bag.
● Before leaving the event, all guests will have the opportunity to purchase Gucci’s highly anticipated
autobiography (released September 19th) and Keyshia Ka’oir beauty products.
● Team Groom
○ Darker colors and debonair setting, will have classic bachelor party favors along with Gucci Mane
signatures like mock gold and grills. Portraits will be hung up through the gallery with the opportunity to
take a shareable picture at the end
● Team Bride
○ Bright, colorful and fun setting; will feature fun bachelorette party favors. Similarly to the Gucci side, there
will be portraits of Keyshia and an opportunity for guests to get a photo in front of her portraits.
