3G-2G and 2G-3G neighbor plans for further Area Optimization purposes and KPI Improvement.
 Performs RF Optimization for GSM, UMTS and LTE Networks.
 Prepares SSV/SSO report usingActix,Mapinfo & Google Earth.
 Prepares 2G/3G/4G Pre and Post-DT Cluster report using Actix,Mapinfo & Google Earth.
 Technical supportfor DT Engineer involvingRF condition problemand solution.
 Update databaseof the customer as the resultof the audit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepares cluster routes and boundaries for customer acceptance.
 Performs Layer 1 RF optimization such as antenna physical parameter modification (azimuth,
mechanical tilt and electrical tilt), primary CPICH power modification, producing 2G-2G,3G-3G,
3G-2G and 2G-3G neighbor plans for further Area Optimization purposes and KPI Improvement.
 Performs RF Optimization for GSM and UMTS Networks.
 Prepares 2G/3G Pre and Post-DT Cluster report using ACTIX ANALYZER and TEMS.
 Technical supportfor DT Engineer involvingRF condition problemand solution.
 Coverage and Events (Dropped call,Set-up fail,& HO failure) analysis.
