7. Mask Making Machine
Semi automatic mask making machine for N95 mask with
high speed consistency (>65pcs per min).
I Design this mask-making machine after the lockdown
period due to so much high requirement for the mask.
This machine is designed according to the requirement of
mask roller Die and Creel design done so it makes this
machine semi-automatic.
I have made Design in SolidWorks and manufacture done in
VMC machine or Milling machine as per requirement.
The main problem in design is to Develop a low-cost solution
so that it can be affordable, and we have developed it at half of
the market price at that time.

8. DLP 3D Printer
I have Design and Developed a new type of DLP printer
Body to look more elegant and Render it as a realistic image
as per the client’s requirement.
Manufacturing of the body is done using sheet metal laser
cut machine and Bending machine. Screw mounting and
support plate manufactured using VMC machine.
Design of 3D Printer assembly done in Solidworks and
Rendering done in keyshot.
Manufacturing of Body is in Development phase.

9. Texturising Machine Automation
I have worked as a Research and Development Engineer in
Uniq Engineering company.
I have a post of Senior engineer so I need to Develop and
Design the main part of the machine.
Texturising Machines are available in Indian industries but
we have research and developed automated Texturising
machine for commercial use.
I have Design majority of a part in the guidance of the chief
engineer.
This company start-up was the first time in India to
developed an automatic Texturising machine.
Note. I can’t show my real work due to the confidentiality
of the project but I have attached related images.

10. Sports Bottle
I have design and render bottle
according to customer requirement.
My client had given me simple sketch, I
needed to 3d model it and make it look
realistic.
So i have made 3D model using
fusion360 and Render it using Keyshots.
I have also made product video for
customer in order to launch product.

11. Plastic Component
Design and Development of Plastic component and die
design as per client requirement.
Machined component
Design and Development of Aluminium component and
VMC programming as per client requirement.

12. Car Rendering
Car Rendering in liquid environment.
Rendering
Rendering of Robot done in keyshot and it was done
according to client’s requirement.(model was provided by
client).
