CAREER OBJECTIVE
 To work and grow with the organization with defined path to achieve the organization
goal and to develop my knowledge simultaneously through latest technology
advancement.

 Design and Realization of Structures for variety of Mechanical subsystems while
considering different aspects of Manufacturing, Assembly and Quality.

 Computer Aided Modeling using Design tools like Unigraphics NX-9, Autodesk Inventor,
Auto CAD, Solid Works,Solid Edge, and Mechanical Desktop for Generate Designs,
assemblies and fabrication drawings.
EXPERIENCE
 Working as a Design Engineer in mechanical integration division with Space
Applications Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad through Ambimat Electronics at,
Ahmedabad from June-2009 to November-2011.
 Working as a Design Engineer in mechanical design division with Space
Applications Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad through Ambimat Electronics at,
Ahmedabad since September 2012 to January 2015.
 Workings as a Design Engineer in Orbiton Enterprise (PROMPT GROUP) Ghandhinagar
since February 2015 till continue.
RESPONSIBILITY
 Designing different types of Satellite Layout and Create Satellite 3D Model and
Assemblies of Different Internal Parts and mechanical Structures.
 Modeling for Fabrication, Assembly & Analysis purpose. Making Fabrication drawing of
active and passive Mechanical subsystems used in a different types of satellites.
 Involved in compatibility, Assembly, Testing of mechanical subsystems.
 Responsible to get the drawing of Mechanical subsystems approved for the fabrication
of the subsystems of various Payloads for Different communication payloads projects.

2. ACTIVITIES AT SPACE APPLICATION CENTRE
 Rough layout in accordance with first stage understanding and further interaction.
 First stage model preparation on CAD software like Unigraphics NX-8, Autodesk
Inventor, AutoCAD,Solid Works,Solid Edge, Mechanical Desktop.
 Consideration of all requirements and constraints in the final stage of model
preparation e.g. Weight to strength ratio, mounting locations, available space,
manufacturing feasibility etc.
 Conducting design review from finalized 3D-Model for further manufacturing drawing
preparation.
 Simultaneously drawings checking and modification.
 Approval of all drawings from divisional heads and Project Managers.
 Approval of all drawings from QA and make clarification if requires.
 Clarification of drawings and periodically observation in workshop if requires.
 For follow-up visit to Payload fabrication facilities for sub system fabrication.
 Other activities related to design and drafting and assembly.
RESPONSIBILITY at ORBITON ENTERPRISE
 Concept Mechanical design and development of automatic check weighing machine and
digital weighing platform scale parts and assembly.
 Design development of sheet metal body for digital table top weighing scale.
 First stage model preparation on CAD software like Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Solid
Works, Solid Edge, Mechanical Desktop.
 Mechanical structure stress analysis and optimization in Solid Works, Solid Edge and
Autodesk Inventor.
 Approval of design from and Project director.
 Vendor development for fabrication.
 Follow-up and design clarification to vendor for fabrication.
 Assembly and compatibility responsibility.
 Project Presentation.
 Correction in design accordingly to market feedback.
