Background
We are Partnering with technology and Wi-Fi providers as
we see the increasing demand for access to data. In our
partnership with CharterHall Wi-Fi, when users complete
the registration process they are given the opportunity to
opt-in to one of our sponsors’ questions. This could be
‘Yes! Please sign up to Sponsor’s Newsletter” or “Yes, I
would like to receive deals and updates from Sponsor”.
Objective
Our Retail client had the main objective to build an email
database of shoppers that have seen at Charter Hall
shopping centres and registered to Charter Hall free Wi-Fi.
The newsletter database was then used to send updates
and deals to members.
