5. Phase 1Timeline
• Friday 1/27 & Monday 1/30 we need our doubled up row to move far South
and form a single line.
• CN50 breakdown project needs to move over where Accounting used to
sit.
• Tuesday 1/31 we will mark out where power/CAT5 drops should fall based
on layout.
• Wednesday 2/1 – Friday 2/3 power installation.
• Following this we will be conducting a parts inventory move, mandatory
5S training, and prep for moving to layout specification. Targeting end of
March for all of these activities.
7. Phase 2 Highlights
• Organizational objectives are to establish key goals and objectives for our team
members and create a roadmap for career growth by emphasizing a few key
strategies:
– Skills versatility matrix with 100% goal by end of the year.
– Monthly 1:1’s withVP Operations mandatory and tracked with HR help.
– Recreating job descriptions based onTech 1,Tech 2, andTech 3 levels with a clear path
on how to progress to each one.
– Initially assigning each technician to a key product line with expectations that you’ll
learn all of them.
– New duties will include cleaning and 5S with our reduction of NetSuite processes.
• This activity will begin as we progress through phase 1.
9. Phase 3 Highlights
• We recognize that it’s difficult to provide the adequate coaching,
mentoring, and feedback when everyone reports to theVP of Operations.
So, in phase 3 we will be assessing our team and looking for 2 leads.
• Tentatively planning on a North and South lane lead.
• Will be responsible for their teams, setting daily output goals, training
their team, schedule completion, morning huddles, etc.
• Job descriptions will be created and we will welcome anyone who wants
to apply
• We expect our 2 leads to be in place before the end of June

• Let’s get excited for this journey!!! This is about your
development and growth.
• Need all tech’s to form a single line facing South as close to
red tag area as possible. Use South wall Cat5 drops, power,
extension cords, etc.
• Need to be done by Monday 1/30
