2. Country side path way
I plan on using this type of location because it is a very
quiet and disclose location where there are no cars and
only a few people. This is because the main character in
the music video will be riding a bike so this location fits
well with riding a bike down the location making it seem
genuine and normal. Furthermore the location will be a
very scenery location which will help in showing a calmer
and relaxed scene.
3. Road
This location will be part of my music video because I
wanted a location where the main character can ride
his bike around and the road seems to be the most
normal and easiest way to capture these scenes in.
Furthermore the road will be a huge plot in my music
video because the main character gets hit by a car at
the end so involving a road location is needed where
cars travel along. Also I am planning to record the
character on the floor so the road will represent where
the character is lying down and the audience will
realise since roads are easily recognisable
4. Bus Stop
I have chosen this location because a bus stop is a place
where you sit down and wait for a bus or just sit down or to
hang out In some cases. I wanted to use this for the purpose
of having them main character sit there on his own which
will show his emotions of being expressed because of sitting
by himself and not actually waiting for the bus stop.
Furthermore this will be a good shot since a mid to long
shot could capture the whole bus stop and show the
audience where the character is more easily.
5. Convenience Store
I am planning on using this location because I want the
character to go places that are normal for a person and act
that way but with a twist. The character will steal from the
store which will be the opposite of buying something causing
the audience to realise there is something different with the
character which I want. Furthermore the location is great since
there are so many options on how to film the location such as
inside or outside.
6. Fast Food Shop
Lastly I plan to use this location of a fast food shop. This is
because I want the character to go to a daily location that
the character normally visits and eats all the time. This
location will bring out the characters emotions because I will
have the character at more depressed in these locations
which you aren’t meant to be since you eat inside which the
character will do the opposite. This location gives many
directions onto how to film it such as if there is a class
window then I can use a mid shot from outside zooming into
the character inside creating many opportunities and angles
to use from.
