Mr. Jason Morrissey worked at Novelis Corp.'s Terre Haute Plant from May 14,2007 until May '14,
2012 as a Maintenance Mechanic (aka Millwright). I worked directly with Jason from the very
beginning, including the interview process through which he was hired. Jason is very skilled in all
areas of mechanical maintenance, and at our facility he was a standout working with the rolling mills
and all associated aspects (precision maintenance, alignment, rigging, high pressure hydraulics, work
roll and backup roll/chocks, etc).
Jason is a self starter and a team player with a great work ethic. He"takes pride in his work and in his
craft, and it shows.
I would highly recommend Jason for any mechanical maintenance or millwright team as I know he will

Jason leave Novelis. He was an asset to the company and someone that has been hard to replace.
