2. 3. First topic started at 9:30 am and ended at 10:30 am. It was facilitated
by the LAC Leader, _____ afterwhich, ____, the LAC Facilitator
presented to the group Lesson 2. Topic 1 (Title) and Topic 2 (Title)
discussed.
4. After the discussion and brainstorming of the group for the
activities , lunch break followed at exactly 12:00 noon and
ended at 1:00 pm.
5. Accomplishment of activities were executed from 1:00 – 4:30pm and
was concluded by the LAC Leader.
VII. Minutes of the LAC Session
1. The Instructional Coach gave a short introduction for the objectives
and rationale of Module 1 entitled course Orientation.
2. The LAC Leader and LAC Facilitator started discussing and
explaining Lesson 1 and 2 of the module.
3. The members were asked to share their answers per activity. Then the
group decided on one particular answer acceptable and approved by
the whole group.
4. After the sharing of ideas, the afternoon session was intended for
output making.
5. The outputs of each member were then forwarded to the LAC
Documenter and LAC Encoder for consolidation.
