In 2012, after January revolution, IDT
Consulting & Systems; a joint-stock is founded
in Egypt by a number of young Egyptian
engineers as a shareholder company under the
law 159 of the year 1981.
With its modern establishment is aiming to
support the expectations of Egyptians of a new
era of freedom and modernization and benefit
from the new climate of the revolution.
IDT Consulting & Systems which is working in the
field of technology and software adhered to the
cutting edge solutions and techniques. We realized
the advantages of cloud solutions and the
importance of transforming our applications before
we move a major part of them to mobile
applications. Our target is to develop enterprise-
level solutions to run on the cloud enriched with
mobile applications and be ready to extend the
scope of the applications to cover the national-level
usage in the future.
Our strategy is to work closely with our clients, deeply study their
needs from the solution, combine and integrate multiple
technology solutions, strive to maximize the benefits of the
provided solution to the customer and keep monitoring the
quality of the whole process. We also highly consider knowledge
transfer to the client staff and keep with them hand to hand until
system operation gets completely regular process.
Hospitals currently use a manual system for the management and maintenance of critical information.
The current system requires numerous paper forms, with data stores spread throughout the hospital
management infrastructure. Often information (on forms) is incomplete, or does not follow management
standards. Forms are often lost in transit between departments requiring a comprehensive auditing
process to ensure that no vital information is lost. Multiple copies of the same information exist in the
hospital and may lead to inconsistencies in data in various data stores.
A significant part of the operation of any hospital involves the acquisition, management and timely
retrieval of great volumes of information. This information typically involves; patient personal
information and medical history, staff information, room and ward scheduling, staff scheduling, operating
theater scheduling and various facilities waiting lists.
All of this information must be managed in an efficient and cost wise fashion so that an institution's
resources may be effectively utilized Health Confidence will automate the management of the hospital
making it more efficient and error free. It aims at standardizing data, consolidating data ensuring data
integrity and reducing inconsistencies.
As we understand the hospital management deeply, we
designed our solution Health Confidence application to
cover the daily work of the hospital, the modules that
integrate together to cover every, and each business

It is the first thing to deal with the patient when he enters to the hospital,
where the search for the patient is to make sure if it was registered before or
not, where are searched by any part of the patient's name and in the case of a
patient or more with the same name is matching all patient data to verify fully
realized from personal patient and in the new patient's condition is recorded
personal data, a full four-way name-Birthday-National ID number and the type
of detail-title-Position-mother's name in the case of children. And are printed
card containing the patient data recorded also features a number does not
repeat from one patient to another so that it is dealing with the patient
through this card, which leads to the ease and accuracy to deal with the
patient and avoids the problem of repetition of names.
Contain the details of all the active persons on the system: patients, doctors,
staff, and trade partners. Person details also include the image of the person
and repeated datasets of: different kinds of person IDs, active and inactive
person addresses, person relatives that are registered in the system and next
of kin.
This is the service center or the unit for the patient to start taking different
kinds of medical services. The encounter starts at the reception and continues
until all the services are provided completely and terminated. It may continue
for more than one day.
The medical services provided to the patient while in an encounter. The
system keeps track of services provided along with their timings and
the staff conducting the services. The service record is initiated in the
reception and then passed to the assigned department to start
delivering the service and complete its information to the system. The
system covers many kinds of services including clinic, laboratory,
radiology, inpatient, medical care, surgery, blood bank, telescope and
pharmacy.
Is a standard module attached to different kinds of
services which allows recording of the doctor observation
on service conducting and also advised medication.
The healthcare organization is considered in the system as
a hierarchical structure, starts from branches in different
locations / cities, buildings, floors until the room.
Organization unit is registered along with their equipment
and their blondness to medical departments.
Outpatient clinic service is including the definition of clinic
rooms and their furnishing. Their assignment to department
clinics, schedule of operation and the staff supposed to operate
the clinic. Appointments are taken to the clinic through the web
and confirmed by administration staff and been tracked later
while delivering the service. Later, execution of the clinic
schedule and the actual staff are being recorded to the system.
Doctor / Clinic admin can order other services.
Laboratory module provides the service to the patient. The
service is requested in the reception or from any other service
provider screen and the details are completed at the lab. Staff
and timing are registered. Standard readings are pre-registered
to the system and variations of age and gender are considered.
Results are recorded and approved then published and printed.
Results can be checked by the patient over the mobile. Staff can
add observation and medication to the service details.
Radiology module provides the service to the patient. The
service is requested in the reception or from any other service
provider screen and the details are completed at the radiology
center. Radiology service data are distributed and accessible to
the system users according to permissions defined previously.
Radiology equipment is registered and their specializations and
related body organs are defined. Equipment usage and item
consumptions during conducting the service are also registered
and billed
Admission of the inpatient is registered from the main central
module or requested from any other service provider screen.
Organization rooms and their equipment are already registered in
the organization structure module. Transfer of patient to another
location is implemented in the system, and finally the discharge
process. During patient stay, doctor care orders are registered and
the nurse station is being notified of the readings and care orders
on time. Reviewing medical care readings and notes is available
through the system over the cloud and over the mobile for the
doctor, staff or the patient according to the permissions defined.
Operation rooms are defined in the system along with their
equipment. The inpatient is being taken to the operation room for a
main surgery. Operation staff is registered and their roles are
defined. Checklists of procedures are defined for revision and
information entry before, during and after the surgery. Checklists are
defined as general, department-specific or operation-specific. The
system allows operation of secondary surgeries during operation of
the primary surgery. The system also accepts recording of surgical
procedures details done during the surgery; if needed. Items
consumed during the operation are registered and billed.
This module is presented to manage blood activities. The module
covers the donation, analysis and consumption processes. The
system allows multiple blood banks for the organization. It
manages donation campaigns, keeps the listing of donors, tracks,
tracks the analysis process according to the type of blood and
then keeps alert of unaccepted donors in later campaigns. The
system also manages consumption of blood by type.
This module allows the system to interact with medical telescope.
It displays live view from the camera allowing the doctor to store
clips from the system and keep them for later reference. The
system also allows still images as snapshots from the live video.
The captured images/videos are accessible and viewable to all
system users according to permissions defined. The captured
images/videos are kept historically linked with their owner
patient for later reference.
Detailed service pricing is maintained by the
system.
Conducted services are immediately and
automatically registered and the patient is
charged.
Invoicing is requested at any time explicitly and
on the patient encounter discharge
Insurers are allowed and multiple contract categories are allowed
for each insurer. Multiple discount levels on the services are
defined for each contract. Patients may benefit from one or more
insurer contracts according to the organization policy. Claims are
implemented in the system
The definition of Meals Served in the hospital in terms of the type
of meal (breakfast patients -breakfast doctors and Patients meal
operations) with determines the species used in each meal and
the specific amounts of each individual. Recorded data system is
used in other systems such as the number of inpatients in internal
departments and the number of escorts and the number of
patients in operations to determine the number of meals required
and which turn out to amounts required dispensing food store.
Respect to dealing with drugs that are drained for patients where it
works as an integrated system with stores medicines are being added
to drug stores and then transported to exchange pharmacies that
receive medications exchange requests for patients from the
outpatient clinic or internal section. and do The medicines Exchange
for patients where it is to choose the type of medicine and the
knowledge that was present in the hospital or not and determine the
required quantity of it and the appropriate dose appropriate and this
demand in the pharmacy shows where the pharmacist dispense
medication to the patient and is also the follow-up expiration dates.
Respect to dealing with staff and determine the
holidays and discounts can also be requested from the
holiday by staff and approved or rejected by the
administration and also can determine the salaries
and bonuses for each employee in the hospital.
The program allows many of the query functions that facilitate the work
and increase the efficiency and these functions are available in each
program screens and varied query functions as the screen used query for
patients to settle their accounts or inquire about those services and items
for the addition or deletion or modification program also lets you query for
patients in different ways as data of a patient, and data of services received
by the patient or the visits by doctors to the patient data and also inquiries
about contractors claims and follow-up to extract and print invoices and
extract claims.
In case of an emergency, registering a patient from our emergency
module is quick and easy. Responding to the criticality of the
situation, the application lets the user register a patient with
minimal details to speed up the process.
This module provides also management for ambulatory which
includes ambulance scheduling, ambulance staff allotment,
ambulance status, emergency call register, recording of requests
for ambulance, recording of trips of ambulances and transport
vehicles, reports on ambulance usage.
This module lists the full vaccinations that are available in the
entity and the conditions of each one; also the system raises
automated reminders & alert for vaccination pending patients.
Admission of the infant is registered from the Registration office
or requested from any other service provider screen. Transfer of
infant to another location is implemented in the system, and
finally the discharge process.
During infant stay, doctor care orders are registered and the nurse
station is being notified of the readings and care orders on time.
The system clarify the availability of incubations and the expected
time for the existence of an incubation is available to receive any
new infants and the number of cases that have been treated and
cured ratios.
This Module is used to record specific information about the
death body. In morgue user can manage shelf for death bodies,
Morgue registration and destruction option (show report of more
than 3 or 6 month old death bodies), manage morgue claimer and
morgue claimer details. It records the entire Information specific
to Doctors and Issuance of Death certificates.
The Hemodialysis Unit Managing Module provides the facility to
record vital signs of patients during the stages of Pre-dialysis,
Dialysis and Post-Dialysis. Transaction is Calendar, Patient
Appointment, Appointment List, Patient Registration, Dialysis
Monitoring, and Dialysis Payment. Dialysis reports, dialysis slip,
dialysis bill, dialysis report, monitoring Report, and Analysis
Report.
The doctors' Dues module manages how many
surgical operations has been done by doctor and
calculate his dues among the pre-set-criteria, this
module also count the days/ cases / patient has been
handled by the doctor and present a weekly/ monthly
report by doctor/doctors dues. The management can
trace a payment per doctor for a period of time.

With its modern establishment is aiming to support the expectations of Egyptians of a new era of freedom and modernization and benefit from the new climate of the revolution.
  • 4. IDT Consulting & Systems which is working in the field of technology and software adhered to the cutting edge solutions and techniques. We realized the advantages of cloud solutions and the importance of transforming our applications before we move a major part of them to mobile applications. Our target is to develop enterprise- level solutions to run on the cloud enriched with mobile applications and be ready to extend the scope of the applications to cover the national-level usage in the future.

Our strategy is to work closely with our clients, deeply study their needs from the solution, combine and integrate multiple technology solutions, strive to maximize the benefits of the provided solution to the customer and keep monitoring the quality of the whole process. We also highly consider knowledge transfer to the client staff and keep with them hand to hand until system operation gets completely regular process.
  • 6. Hospitals currently use a manual system for the management and maintenance of critical information. The current system requires numerous paper forms, with data stores spread throughout the hospital management infrastructure. Often information (on forms) is incomplete, or does not follow management standards. Forms are often lost in transit between departments requiring a comprehensive auditing process to ensure that no vital information is lost. Multiple copies of the same information exist in the hospital and may lead to inconsistencies in data in various data stores. A significant part of the operation of any hospital involves the acquisition, management and timely retrieval of great volumes of information. This information typically involves; patient personal information and medical history, staff information, room and ward scheduling, staff scheduling, operating theater scheduling and various facilities waiting lists. All of this information must be managed in an efficient and cost wise fashion so that an institution's resources may be effectively utilized Health Confidence will automate the management of the hospital making it more efficient and error free. It aims at standardizing data, consolidating data ensuring data integrity and reducing inconsistencies.

It is the first thing to deal with the patient when he enters to the hospital, where the search for the patient is to make sure if it was registered before or not, where are searched by any part of the patient's name and in the case of a patient or more with the same name is matching all patient data to verify fully realized from personal patient and in the new patient's condition is recorded personal data, a full four-way name-Birthday-National ID number and the type of detail-title-Position-mother's name in the case of children.   • 12. This is the service center or the unit for the patient to start taking different kinds of medical services. The encounter starts at the reception and continues until all the services are provided completely and terminated. It may continue for more than one day.
  • 13. The medical services provided to the patient while in an encounter. The system keeps track of services provided along with their timings and the staff conducting the services. The service record is initiated in the reception and then passed to the assigned department to start delivering the service and complete its information to the system. The system covers many kinds of services including clinic, laboratory, radiology, inpatient, medical care, surgery, blood bank, telescope and pharmacy.
  • 14. Is a standard module attached to different kinds of services which allows recording of the doctor observation on service conducting and also advised medication.
  • 15. The healthcare organization is considered in the system as a hierarchical structure, starts from branches in different locations / cities, buildings, floors until the room. Organization unit is registered along with their equipment and their blondness to medical departments.
  • 16. Outpatient clinic service is including the definition of clinic rooms and their furnishing. Their assignment to department clinics, schedule of operation and the staff supposed to operate the clinic. Appointments are taken to the clinic through the web and confirmed by administration staff and been tracked later while delivering the service. Later, execution of the clinic schedule and the actual staff are being recorded to the system. Doctor / Clinic admin can order other services.
  • 17. Laboratory module provides the service to the patient. The service is requested in the reception or from any other service provider screen and the details are completed at the lab. Staff and timing are registered. Standard readings are pre-registered to the system and variations of age and gender are considered. Results are recorded and approved then published and printed. Results can be checked by the patient over the mobile. Staff can add observation and medication to the service details.
  • 18. Radiology module provides the service to the patient. The service is requested in the reception or from any other service provider screen and the details are completed at the radiology center. Radiology service data are distributed and accessible to the system users according to permissions defined previously. Radiology equipment is registered and their specializations and related body organs are defined. Equipment usage and item consumptions during conducting the service are also registered and billed
  • 19. Admission of the inpatient is registered from the main central module or requested from any other service provider screen. Organization rooms and their equipment are already registered in the organization structure module. Transfer of patient to another location is implemented in the system, and finally the discharge process. During patient stay, doctor care orders are registered and the nurse station is being notified of the readings and care orders on time. Reviewing medical care readings and notes is available through the system over the cloud and over the mobile for the doctor, staff or the patient according to the permissions defined.
  • 20. Operation rooms are defined in the system along with their equipment. The inpatient is being taken to the operation room for a main surgery. Operation staff is registered and their roles are defined. Checklists of procedures are defined for revision and information entry before, during and after the surgery. Checklists are defined as general, department-specific or operation-specific. The system allows operation of secondary surgeries during operation of the primary surgery. The system also accepts recording of surgical procedures details done during the surgery; if needed. Items consumed during the operation are registered and billed.
  • 21. This module is presented to manage blood activities. The module covers the donation, analysis and consumption processes. The system allows multiple blood banks for the organization. It manages donation campaigns, keeps the listing of donors, tracks, tracks the analysis process according to the type of blood and then keeps alert of unaccepted donors in later campaigns. The system also manages consumption of blood by type.
  • 22. This module allows the system to interact with medical telescope. It displays live view from the camera allowing the doctor to store clips from the system and keep them for later reference. The system also allows still images as snapshots from the live video. The captured images/videos are accessible and viewable to all system users according to permissions defined. The captured images/videos are kept historically linked with their owner patient for later reference.

This module provides also management for ambulatory which includes ambulance scheduling, ambulance staff allotment, ambulance status, emergency call register, recording of requests for ambulance, recording of trips of ambulances and transport vehicles, reports on ambulance usage.
  • 30. This module lists the full vaccinations that are available in the entity and the conditions of each one; also the system raises automated reminders & alert for vaccination pending patients.
  • 31. Admission of the infant is registered from the Registration office or requested from any other service provider screen. Transfer of infant to another location is implemented in the system, and finally the discharge process. During infant stay, doctor care orders are registered and the nurse station is being notified of the readings and care orders on time. The system clarify the availability of incubations and the expected time for the existence of an incubation is available to receive any new infants and the number of cases that have been treated and cured ratios.

In morgue user can manage shelf for death bodies, Morgue registration and destruction option (show report of more than 3 or 6 month old death bodies), manage morgue claimer and morgue claimer details.
