 As a member of the hospital leadership team, I am directly responsible for oversight and process
change for all aspects of hospital clinical quality including patient satisfaction, value based
purchasing performance, patient safety and medical staff integration. Recently, we have
integrated three separate hospital Quality Departments into one unified committee to more
efficiently utilize our staff.
 As an active clinician and a member of hospital administration I have taken the lead in integrating

 Physician working in the Pediatric ICU at Central Dupage Hospital, a community hospital in the
western suburbs of Chicago. We opened the first Pediatric ICU in a community hospital in the
Chicago area. I was responsible for direct patient care, communication with referring physicians
and managing physician schedules.

4. PERSONAL
I am married with three children, ages 16,14 and 12. I am a member of our local baseball league and I
coach both of my son’s baseball teams. I enjoy golf, writing, reading and try to travel to one international
destination a year as a family. I also try to stay active with my old rugby team, the Chicago Condors, for
whom I played and coached.
