western suburbs of Chicago. We opened the first Pediatric ICU in a community hospital in the

4. PERSONAL
I am married with three children, ages 16,14 and 12. I am a member of our local baseball league and I
coach both of my son’s baseball teams. I enjoy golf, writing, reading and try to travel to one international
destination a year as a family. I also try to stay active with my old rugby team, the Chicago Condors, for
whom I played and coached.
