We are drilling up these water at a
tremendous pace for below usage-
- Industry
- Agriculture
- house hold
Some area of Mexico City are sinking 1 inch
per month due to ground water depletion
Water table under Beijing has dropped by
nearly 1000 feet since 1970
Globally we produce 60 billion kilogram of
fabric every year
9 Trillion Gallons of water is used to dye this
fabric
We are not considering the other usage of
water at the moment to keep it short.
World produced 212 million bells of cotton
in the year 2017/1018
It take 10,000 liter of water to grow 1
kilogram of cotton.
And it take 2700 liters of water to grow the
cotton needed to make one T-Shirt

5. • Each year, over two billion t-shirts are sold worldwide
• One t-shirt using up 700 gallons of water to dye the fabric
• We use 2700 litter to grow the cotton for a T-Shirt.
• We throw away about 70 pounds of cloths a year, ending in landfills.

• One of the solutions can be to
follow some of the examples we
have.
• Or we just need to be little more
cautious while shopping
• And be logical while throwing away
one of our T-Shirts.
