2. Title
 The title of my horror film is called Mute, I chose this due to the way the
victims are found with their tongues cut out and also what happened to
the ghost that is haunting the family and also no one knows what is going
on in the house.

3. Sub genre
 My sub genre is supernatural. I chose this because I wanted to make my
audience feel a thrill and also it is the main sub genre for horror films in this
modern age.

4. Characters
 Protagonist: teenage girl, 17 years old: Alex
 Antagonist: teenage ghost, 16 years old: Marie
 The basic story to my trailer is a family moves into a house that was left for
them by their Aunty. They find weird things happen and then realise the
house is haunted by a teenage girl.

5. Target Audience
 My target audience will be Teenagers 15+ because there will be
teenagers acting as the characters and also teenagers like the thrill that
supernatural movies give them.

6. Locations
 I have decided to place my movie trailer mainly in a house because these
type of supernatural horrors take place mainly in a house and the lighting
can have an effect for my horror film.

7. 5 Main scenes
1) The family moving in the house
2) The daughter in her room, claiming to see shadows
3) Daughter telling her parents she heard noises and really panicking
4) A dead victim with their tongues cut out (Like Marie)
5) Mirror shot of ghost in mirror

8. Inspiration
 I got my inspiration from ‘Dead Silence’ where the victims tongues were
cut out.
 The mirror scene, I was inspired by insidious because I saw the ghost was
over the shoulder.

9. Costume + Makeup
 I will use white face paint for the ghost to show that she is really pale, she’ll
also have long back hair. I will dress her in white to show that she is a virgin.
 The teenage girl will just be dressed casually and have minimal make up,
to show that she is possessed
