18. Self-Reflection Exercise #2, Part B
I want to…
be productive & happy; have close relationships; make positive personal choices; gain financial freedom;
eat well, move & relax; benefit the lives of others & the environment through my work.
The visioning exercise can be difficult; especially if you do not know yourself well. Mindfulness can help you
become clear; clear about your weaknesses, strengths, wants, desires, what stresses you and what brings
you joy. Great leadership isn’t reactive (emotionally), being self-aware and having the ability to “stay in the
zone” strengthens your ability to connect with others. Over time you become sure of who you are, gain
confidence and perhaps discover leadership potential you never knew you had.
I will spend time with family and friends, even for small time increments.
I will take opportunities to travel – both near and far.

know about them, once they realize
how much you care about them.”
